At Thugiil, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand delivery times, delivery options, and other important details.

Order Delivery Time

• Orders will be delivered within [2 -10] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or personalized orders may take additional delivery time.
• You can check the status of your order though Track Your Order in the website

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship through DTDC, Professional courier, ST courier and India post.Standard shipping charges per order is Rs 60. Free Shipping on orders above Rs 2000.

Please note: Shipping time after dispatch is solely dependent on our courier partners. While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as weather, logistics issues, or high shipment volumes. We request our customers to be patient in such cases.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India and to select international locations. Please contact via WhatsApp for International orders
• If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Track Your Order available in the website.
• You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us within [1-2] days with photos, and we will assist you with it.
• Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

International Shipping & Customs

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
• Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
