5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. We don’t accept returns and exchanges after delivery, but only in some cases with package opening video in case of defective within in one day is possible. 5.2. Refunds are not available but will be processed after product inspection and will be sending you a new product. 5.3. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect. 5.4. Some items, such as undergarments or customized products, are non-returnable.

6.1. Orders can’t be canceled after placing the order. Once ordered, cancellations are not possible.
