Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange Policy

No exchange will be provided for size-related issues.
- Exchange is applicable only if a wrong product has been delivered.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
- Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Style, colour, or pattern preferences
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse
- Refund will be initiated only after the issue is verified and the product is received back in original condition.
- Once the refund is approved,the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment in 1-7 working days.
- Once return/Replacement/exchange is approved, the new product for return/replacement/exchange will be delivered in 3-4 working days.
